     After Christi had our first child we both realized how out of shape and overweight we were. I barely could bend over to tie my shoes without stopping half way through to get a breath. We decided something needed to change. We slowly started exercising and working on eating better. We struggled for so long with getting the weight off and when we became involved with our local Crossfit gym we learned about AdvoCare after watching the amazing weight loss and strength results from our fellow Crossfit gym members. We've saw people lose 15-20lbs in 24 days! They were dropping pant/dress sizes on the 24 Day Challenges and we wanted that. I personally have lost several inches in my waste and went from a 34 to a loose 31 pant after my first 24 Day Challenge. I also was able to finally break my plateau that I was stuck at for so many months by using the 24 day Challenge. Spark also took the coffee out of our diets and gave us all day energy without the fat, sugar and calories of coffee creamer and pop that we were no longer drinking.

 

    Now as a Crossfit/Bootcamp Coach, Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutritionist I wanted for myself and my family to achieve our nutritional goals with the best quality products available and Advocare provides that for us including my 5 year daughter and 2 year old son that both use the Coreplex Chewable vitamins, Purple Champs, CitiZinc and Tropical chews.
